Philosophy

At EACC we believe that worship is a lifestyle choice in obedience with scriptures (Rm.12:1-2).  The music ministry is a mere sliver of the totality that makes up worshipping our Creator.  Worship is the greatest form of joy that is available to humanity: it truly is a privilege to worship our God!  At EACC, we seek to lead the congregation through music in praising and worshipping God led by the Holy Spirit and in theologically sound songs (Jn. 4:23).

Purpose and Goals

Authentically and passionately lead others through the gifts of music to encounter the living God in a genuine and meaningful way during corporate Sunday gatherings.  We seek to do this in a contemporary and relevant way that meets our culture’s need to know Jesus and make Him known to others.

Ministry Commitments

Volunteering in the music ministries involves a deep level of commitment. The call for leading the corporate community of EACC is an important role. 

Ministry volunteers must commit to...

1. •Demonstrating a committed relationship to Jesus Christ.
   

2. •Prayer and regular personal Bible study.
   

3. •Live a lifestyle that is consistent with EACC’s confession o f faith.
   

4. •Pursue refining the gifts & talents that God has bestowed on your life.
   

5. •Helping the team setup and take down equipment as required.
   

6. •Grow in relationships between team members.
